1. The mill is composed mainly for rolls, body, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screw, heating and cooling device, emergency end, lubrication program and such sections as electrical controls and, and so on.

Rolls: Alloy chilled forged iron rolls with floor hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.
CZPT: the Swedish imports, load bearing force big, can modify the gap, substantial precision, very good rigidity
Roll Clearance Modifying Unit : Through worm and worm equipment push clutch rod for parallel sheeting hand wheels to close theNIP from One position only.
Roll Cooling : CZPT rotary joints with inner spray pipes with hoses and headers. Piping is full up to source pipe terminal.
Journal CZPT Housing : Heavy responsibility metal casting housing fitted with antifriction roller bearings.
Lubrication : Manual / motorized grease lubrication pump for anti friction roller bearings equipped in dust sealed housing.
Stand Frame & Apron (Cap) : Heavy obligation metal casting.
Gearbox : CZPTcal reduction gearbox greaves/ shanti make immediate coupled with rear roll and motor.
Foundation Frame : Common base body large obligation, steel beams and MS plate fabricated correctly machined on which whole machine with gearbox and motor are fitted. No deep foundation essential.
CZPT Management Panel : CZPT delta electric powered working panel with car reversing, voltmeter, ampere, overload defense relay,three period indicator and crisis cease switch.
